NEW SERIES MONTHLY SEMINAR:
"Movement for Low Cost Housing in Latin America"
The monthly seminars will start on April 26, 2000. They will deal with the issues and realities of the urban poor in 4 Latin American countries: ARGENTINA, CHILE, BRASIL, PERU.

The speaker presents his experiences in the slums of Asian, African and Latin American cities, where he usually spends 6 months, a year, since 1979. There he keeps continuous contacts with grass roots groups involved in the improvement of the housing conditions of the poor.
