ｄｄｒｕｍ４メガドラムキット・シグネチャーシリーズは、有名ドラマ−のサウンドをマルチサンプリングしたものです。最初のシグネチャ−シリーズは、 Kenny Aronoff, Mel Gaynor, Simon Phillips, Dennis Chambers によって制作されました。

Kenny Aronoff ddrum4 Mega Drumkits Signature Series 2

Kenny Aronoff is one of the world's most well renowned and most in-demand drummers. He has played with artists like Smashing Pumpkins, Melissa Etheridge, Celine Dion, Ricky Martin and Garth Brooks, only to mention a few. The samples were recorded by Kenny from his Tama Starclassic kit consisting of a 24" bass drum, and 10", 12", 14" and 16" toms. The snare drums are his own signature series 5 x 14" KA145 Trackmaster and 4 x 15" KA154 Super Piccolo. The kit is equipped with Remo WeatherKing Emperor Coated (snare and toms) and Remo PowerStroke 3 (bass drum) heads. He also uses Zildjian cymbals.

Mel Gaynor ddrum4 Mega Drumkits Signature Series 2

Mel Gaynor is drummer for Simple Minds and has also played for Robert Palmer, Elton John, Tina Turner, Pretenders and Gary Moore to mention a few. Mel played and recorded the samples from his Yamaha 9000 Recording Custom kit consisting of a 22" bass drum and 8", 10", 12",14" and 16" toms. The snare drum is a 14 x 5 Maple Custom Snare. The kit is equipped with Aquarian Clear (bass drum and toms) and Aquarian Coated (snare) heads. The cymbals are Paiste 22" Traditional Ride, 16" and 18" Power Crash, 12" Splash and 16" China. The hi-hat is Paiste 14" Traditional Hi-hat.

ddrum4メガドラムキットは従来のサウンドよりかなり大きいため、現在ddrum4にあるサウンドを削除して空き領域を作る必要があります。 例えば、"６ｘｘ”番のTOMを削除すると、大きな空き領域を作ることができます。
